What Does Refurbished Mean?

Before any welder is made available for sale our service department performs a thorough inspection of the pneumatic and electrical systems. In addition, we run a series of tests to make sure the welder is functioning properly.

Pneumatic Checklist:

Inspect all air lines
Inspect all air fittings
Inspect Solenoid Valve

Electrical System Checklist:

Inspect all connectors
Inspect all switches
Inspect Anti-Tie downs
Inspect Anti-Repeat Safety operation
Calibrate Tuning Function
Check wave-form function
Check output wattage function

Other Functions Performed:

Thoroughly clean system
Run system under full output load
Recondition converter/booster interface
Check power transistor pairs
Check driver/bridge circuit
