Branson handheld ultrasonic systems are compact, lightweight tools for the assembly of large parts and those with hard-to-reach joint areas.
Using the HG-152, the operator grips the optional trigger handle or triggers the ultrasonic welding cycle by applying pressure against the part to be welded using a sliding, spring-loaded sleeve. A power supply controls the duration of applied ultrasonic energy.
With the GK-4,-5; force is applied manually, and the duration of applied ultrasonic energy is controlled by operator using a trigger switch that is located in the grip.
