Bransons' integrated welders are a combination of a power supply, indicators, welding control, and assembly stand in a compact bench unit.

Branson model IW ultrasonic welders allow for welding in time.

IW welders apply ultrasonics and force for a precise, preset time. Precise hold time is also applied for parts held under force. Display of time and afterburst parameters is digital and may be set if required.

Branson model IW+ ultrasonic welders allow you to choose from either time or position (distance) modes (either collapse or absolute).

Absolute position terminates the weld at a predetermined point in the stroke, Collapse position terminates the weld in a predetermined point in the stroke after the horn has made contact with the part. Both position modes measure from the top of the stroke, upper and lower limits may be selected. The position mode is displayed digitally
