Plastic Heat Staking
and Insertion Equipment

"Our Most Popular Model
over 3,000 in use!"

The E-Z Series thermal assembly system offer many distinct advantages over other methods of assembly:

  • Lower Capital Investment
  • Unlimited Tooling Design
  • Interchangeability of Tools.
  • Increased productivity by combining several operations into a single cycle.

E-Z 500 Series 1/4 ton press.
The E-Z is also available in 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton versions.

Sonitek's E-Z series pneumatically operated bench top system is an economical unit designed for simplicity. Versatility, ease of application set-up, and serviceability are evident in the independent power supply and temperature zone control modules, each located on opposite sides of the press.

The E-Z series comes standard with all the basic functions required for successful secondary operations using our thermal technology.

The E-Z series is offered in three models: the Model 500 1/4 ton press, the Model 550 1/2 ton press, and the Model 570 3/4 ton press. These models are ideal for various single or multipoint/multilevel secondary operations such as staking, insertion, and hot knife degating.

This user friendly system will truly make your plastic assembly applications appear "E-Z" to tackle.
