The Sonitek 100 series hand operated press is ideal for low volume production runs or for prototyping applications. The 100 series press is available with a 340 watt tapped (1/4-28) probe. Our temperature controller is a state of the art microprocessor based, auto-tuning, P.I.D based unit. With seventeen different standard models to choose from and a virtually limitless arrangement of custom tooling available, the Sonitek 100 series Thermal Press is an ideal assembly press no plastics house should be without.

SONIC WELDERS AND CONVERSION KITS
Sonitek's Thermal Conversion Kits (TCK) for sonic welders allows you to easily convert your idle press into a thermal press (and back again) with our 100 Series controller and "dummy stack". Standard tooling for the TCK includes your choice of a probe or a 3"x"3 platen. Choose from the following model numbers:

TCK100-B Fits Branson 400&800 Series, S&M 1085, USSPT20.

TCK100-D Fits all Branson 900 Series, 5170,8800 and Dukane heavy duty thrusters.

TCK100-F Fits S&M 1080, Dukane slim line.

TCK100-T Timer expansion option.
